Why do you homeschool? There are any number of answers to that question and sometimes homeschooling comes before or after a bout with public school and at times homeschooling co-exists with public schooling.

In the last 20 years to say that homeschooling has changed is a bit of an understatement. With the advance of the internet, how we find things, communicate and more has radically changed. It’s also changed how we interact with one another. The thrill of checking the mail or making sure everyone is off the phone so you can be sure to get that scheduled call is no longer a thing.
Art is subjective, right? So how can you teach someone what art is? It’s often a subject homeschoolers shy away from because it can be intimidating! Embracing art’s subjectivity allows everyone to appreciate something different AND gives space for creativity.
