The Singapore Primary Math program uses the Concrete > Pictorial > Abstract approach to learning. Each Grade requires 2 Textbooks and 2 Workbooks (A & B). Textbook and Workbook A are for the first part of the year and Textbook and Workbook B are for the second part of the year.
If this is the first time you are using Singapore Primary Mathematics we recommend giving your child an assessment test to determine what level to start with.
The Singapore Primary Math 5 Package Includes:
- 5A Instructor's Guide - Bridges the gaps between the textbook and workbook, walking you through them in a logical, step-by-step fashion
- 5A Textbook - Contains learning tasks that are to be done with the Instructor along with practice and review
