Warehouse Administrator
Reports to: Warehouse Manager – with general supervision from the Warehouse Lead
Supervises: N/A
Works closely with: Warehouse Team, Customer Relations Team, Customer Relations Lead
The Warehouse Administrator ensures smooth processing of orders through the final shipment. They perform regular audits of every order, run reports to ensure all service levels are met, and serve as a warehouse specialist outside of administrative duties. The Warehouse Administrator works in a team environment and collaborates with the Customer Relations team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in an efficient and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Audit all orders after every print run prior to distribution to the pick team.
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely processing of issues and resolve any escalations or expeditions.
- Run daily reports to ensure the warehouse is holding to all service level expectations.
- Stock shelves, sort merchandise and orders, pick orders, scan products, pack shipments, and processes shipments with designated carriers efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare products for shipment, including scanning, packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage.
- Safely uses all equipment required for assembly, shipping, and receiving.
- Assembles kits (science, math, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with return processing and restocking sellable items as needed.
- Assist with receiving, including counting and stocking shelves as needed.
- Shrink wraps materials as needed.
- Restock packaging materials.
- Maintains the work area free of trash with product in the correct location and breaks down boxes and containers for recycling.
- Follow InquisiCorp’s safety policies and procedures and encourage other co-workers to do the same.
- Follow prescribed rules, past practices, and current instructions. Seek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from the Supervisor or Department Lead.

Job Specific Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
- Experience in ERP systems preferred.

Physical Demands

The position requires the ability to work ON-SITE at the Littleton, CO office location
